It removes contaminants such as dirt and sediment in order to give the maker clean water for ice production. Operating between 35 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit, this cartridge has a 3,000-gallon capacity. It combats lead, sediments, cysts, and the odor and taste of chlorine.
