Mill Creek Coffee – Refund & Return Policy
At Mill Creek Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our coffee and equipment. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any items returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Coffee & Consumables: Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, brewed coffee, or used consumables. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Equipment & Merchandise: Equipment, brewers, and merchandise (apparel, accessories, etc.) may be returned if unused and in original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable items (coffee, teas, syrups, creamers, etc.) unless damaged or incorrect.
- Custom/private label coffee or personalized products.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Opened or partially used products.
Exchanges
Need a different product? The best way is to place a new order once your return is approved and processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
