Double sized beans with Notes of Winey Citrus Sourced from the volcanic soils and high elevations (1600-1900m) of Papua New Guinea's Simbai region, this Arabica coffee boasts a rich heritage. Small lots are selectively hand-picked, yielding a complex flavor profile with a citrus bite, winey undertones, notes of brown sugar, and a full-bodied mouthfeel. The balanced acidity creates a smooth, satisfying sip. This coffee undergoes a traditional washed processing method after harvesting called Wet Hulled. Our medium roast is crafted in small batches to highlight the beans' exceptional qualities. We recommend brewing this coffee multiple ways. This one has been known to be a very popular cold brew and/or iced coffee all the while being a well-rounded, easy going regular hot brew. Enjoy the unique flavors of the South Pacific in every cup of this sustainably sourced, small batch roasted coffee.
