Experience the unique and vibrant flavors of our Ethiopia Guji Sidamo coffee. This exceptional coffee is crafted from varietals 74-110, 74-112, and Ethiopian Heirloom, grown in the renowned Guji region. The beans are naturally processed on raised beds, enhancing their distinctive character.
Each cup reveals a complex flavor profile with very slight earthy fruity notes, bold & rich undertones, and a silky body. The natural processing method imparts a delightful sweetness, while the raised bed drying ensures a clean and consistent taste. This coffee is perfect for those who appreciate the rich heritage and exquisite flavors of Ethiopian coffee. We like to roast this well into 2nd crack (dark roast) to really give this kind of Ethiopia characteristics that you’re usually not getting with most higher-end African coffees.
