The King’s Cut Vol. 3: Green Coffee INCOMING!
There’s something different about this one.
We’ve brought in well-connected coffee before, plenty of it, but this… this is on another level. We’ve got a full container of green coffee making its way in from Colombia, and it honestly still feels a little surreal to say that out loud.

This isn’t just about volume. It’s about how we got here.
Over the past few years, we’ve been building real relationships with farms in Colombia. Not just placing orders and waiting for them to show up but actually connecting with the people behind the coffee. The growers. The families. The ones putting in the work day in and day out at origin.
And that changes everything.
When you’re buying coffee this way, you’re not just picking something off a list. You know where it’s coming from. You know how it was processed. You know the care that went into it long before it ever hits our roaster here.
This container is the result of that journey.
It’s a mix of coffees that we’ve worked closely on, profiles we believe in, a provider that we trust, and quality we’ve seen develop over time in REAL time. There’s a level of consistency and character here that you just don’t get when you’re disconnected from the source.
And yeah, there’s some risk in going this big. A full container is no small move. But it’s a bet on what we’re building and where we’re headed.
For us, this is about more than just keeping coffee in stock. It’s about taking another step toward doing things the right way. Closer to origin. More intentional. More transparent.
Better.
As this coffee lands and starts hitting the roaster, you’re going to taste the difference. Not just in the cup, but in the story behind it. We are also going to dip our foot into the selling and supplying of green coffee to those that would like to home roast, other roasting companies, and so on. That is something I've always been greatly passionate about, meeting other roasters.
This is Colombia, the way it’s meant to be experienced.
And we’re just getting started. More to come on this soon!
Cheers,
