Spring Coffee Collection 2026 | Cold Brew Blend, Ethiopia Guji & Seasonal Favorites
Spring Starts Here
Spring doesn’t just flip on like a switch—it kind of rolls in slowly.
Around here, it’s that first stretch of warmer air, the snow finally giving up, and longer days starting to show up again. You start reaching for something a little different in your cup too. Not as heavy, not as bold… just something that fits the change.
That’s what this lineup is all about.
Three coffees that, to me, feel like the start of spring—one I’ve been wanting to release for years, one from a region I’ll never get tired of, and one that’s become a bit of a seasonal tradition.
Lake Erie Kraken – Cold Brew Blend
This one’s been on my mind for a long time.
I’ve always wanted to bring a cold brew into the Lake Erie Series, because let’s be honest—once the weather starts turning, iced coffee season shows up quick. And cold brew is just a different experience altogether.
It’s smoother, lower in acidity, and built to be refreshing.
But the key is using a coffee that’s actually meant for it.
The Kraken is designed specifically for cold brewing—something bold enough to hold up over ice, but smooth enough to drink all day. Whether you go black or add a little cream, it’s just easy.
This feels like the right way to kick off spring around here.
Years of inspiration -
Ethiopia Organic Guji – Benti Neka (Washed)
Guji is one of those regions I always come back to.
There’s just something about it—especially when it’s a washed coffee. You get that clean, bright profile with a ton of clarity and just enough complexity to keep things interesting.
This one is exactly why I like roasting coffees from this area.
It’s crisp, it’s expressive, and it really shows what coffee can taste like when everything lines up right—from the farm to the roast.
This is the kind of coffee you drink black, just to take it all in. Also, how cool is this label???

Spring of ‘26 Blend
This one’s a staple at this point.
Every year, I bring this blend back as a way to mark the shift into spring (SOON ERIE! IT'S COMING!)—and every year, the goal stays the same: keep it balanced, approachable, and just a little brighter than what we’ve been drinking all winter.
It’s not too heavy, not too light—just right in that middle ground where it works no matter how you brew it.
It’s an everyday coffee that still feels like something new.
Kind of like the season itself.

Wrapping It Up
That’s the idea behind this release.
Something refreshing for the warmer days ahead
Something vibrant and origin-driven
And something familiar to ease into the season
Spring’s not fully here yet—but it’s close.
And sometimes, it starts with what’s in your cup.
